Black Shag Oysters is a family owned business, run by Danny and Anna Addison.
Danny trained in marine aquaculture, before working for one of the country's biggest exporters of Oysters, learning the trade first hand.
Now he is proud to be working on his own farm in the pristine waters of the Mahurangi harbour.
