PLANET

For our PLANET

Oysters are an ocean-dwelling species that can sequester carbon dioxide.  This is because they need carbon dioxide to grow their shells.  Oysters also help to improve the health of the oceans by incresing water clarity & water quality, which helps other species to thrive.  Each oyster can filter up to 189 Litres of water a day, removing nitrogen & phosphorous.
